  How can i allow guest users to cancel the order after they have done their payment.

  Please use one of the following options to help you.

  If you have a WordPress.com Business Plan, you can open a ticket while logged into your account or If you have a self-hosted site (running the WordPress software on their own web hosting) with a paid extension you can use the following link for help
