Woocommerce handling fee glitch

    Hello, we are the site owners of National Detail Systems. There has been a continuous glitch with the plug-in ‘woocommerce’ and we cannot figure out how to get rid of it. We are trying to use free shipping with some of our items, however, there is a ‘handling fee’ that we cannot remove on Woocommerce. It is a charge of 10.50, whenever we remove it and save the page, it goes back to a 10.50 handling fee. If you could please call me at [redacted] at your earliest convenience, that would be great
