WooCommerce issue – notification emails sending sporadically

Hi,
This question is about a site I manage – http://www.oceanarestaurant.com. I’m having issues with the site generating emails from the Contact form as well as the notification email that WooCommerce should generate telling us that a purchase has been made.
When I use the (email visible only to moderators and staff) email for WooCommerce, which was working up until Monday night, no notification is sent. When I switch this to my personal email on the @wagstaffworldwide.com, which is a different server, the notification goes through just fine.
Same issue with the contact form. The email comes through to the recipient notifying that message was submitted, but only if I don’t use an @livanosrestaurantgroup.com email address.
I’ve tested the @livanosrestaurantgroup.com email address with direct message, which are received and sent just fine.
Any ideas? Again, this was all fine until sometime Monday evening. HostGator claims they made no changes to the server environment, and I’m at a loss for what is causing this… or how to resolve it.

For any curious parties, this ended up being a server setting issue in cPanel. Server needed to be set to ‘external/remote’ rather than ‘internal.’
