WooCommerce/Jetpack shipping label integration

  • Unknown's avatar

We are having an issue with Jetpack not recognizing the credit cards for shipping label printing. The bug shows itself in this sequence: 1. admin manages an order, 2. selects package and shipping method, 3. Is presented with shipping charge, 4. Instead of seeing a button which indicates ‘purchase shipping and print label’ sees ‘add a credit card,’ despite there being multiple cards showing in the account already.

To try a workaround, we have removed and replaced three different cards a dozen times. Has anyone had this problem? How do we resolve it?

Here are screenshots of the issue: https://app.box.com/s/vlxx0llu9pios1l1hly439gktvxr5dmc
Here is a short video of the admin showing me the problem:

  • Hi there,

Please contact WooCommerce support directly for help with their plugin. The forum you’re posting in now is for the hosting provider, WordPress.com, and we can only help with sites that are hosted on our servers.

If you’re using the free version of WooCommerce you can post in their community forum, here:

    https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

Or if you’re using any premium or payment gateway add-on downloaded from WooCommerce.com you can reach live chat and email support here:

Thanks for your reply. Admittedly, I’m lost now as I appear to be dealing with the credit card issue in WordPress, not Woocommerce. Can you please confirm you have reviewed the screenshot I linked to above…

and that the issue is NOT with WordPress, but the other guys. I’d be grateful for that assurance before I contact someone else.

  • Yes we have seen your screenshot, thanks. In this case it looks like your WooCommerce plugin is leveraging the stored cards in your WordPress.com account, but the issue is definitely with the WooCommerce plugin itself.

To clarify, this is the public support forum for free WordPress.com sites (which do not have WooCommerce as an option) so this is not something we are able to help with here in this forums.

However, because you are a paid customer of WooCommerce, you can reach priority support here: https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket

Hope this helps point you in the right direction!
