  I need assistance with Woocommerce. However, when trying to login to their website I need my WordPress details. Whatever I try, it seems impossible to login and to get help from Woocommerce. What can I do?

  It sounds like you probably purchased upgrades under a different account.

  Could you reach out to WooCommerce here?

  Use “I need help with my account or with a product I purchased on WooCommerce.com” and then use the “Need something else” option to contact them.

  Also if that isn’t working, try logging out first.
