Woocommerce Memberships

  Hi there, I would like to by Woocommerce Memberships for my self hosted website. When I am in the admin section of my website, I go to Woocommerce and then Extensions. I then click on Woocommerce Memberships and it takes me to to website where I can buy. Then I click on buy and it wants me to login. But aren’t I already logged in? Do I have a separate account?
