WooCommerce not ‘active’

So I have WooCommerce installed, it’s activated, but associated plugins are raising errors saying it’s not installed and active. `WooCommerce PayPal Powered by Braintree is inactive because WooCommerce is not installed.` is one error for example. I know this is a WC question, but since it’s multiple plugin associations, it seems more an issue with my WP install.

If you need help with WooCommerce specifically and have purchased an upgrade, there should be an option to open a support ticket from the dashboard in your WooCommerce account. If not, you could post in the WooCommerce forums for advice:
