Woocommerce not connecting my credit card to buy shipping label

    I am so frustrated. Let me see if what I think I know is correct. I have a wordpress.org website but before that I had a wordpress.com. They must be on the same email address or the addresses are connected because when I try to add a card to purchase shipping labels for my wordpress.org website it directs me to the wordpress.com dashboard/ add a payment method tab. I punch in my details but it doesn’t update my card information into wordpress.org. So I CANT buy shipping labels. Can someone please help me. I have an order I can’t fulfill because of this.

    Can I delete the wordpress.com account to solve this or will it delete the connected wordpress.org website?

    Drink every time you read the word wordpress… please help.

    Hey there @cynthewild , I may be able to help a bit! WordPress.org is a free software project. You are running your own copy of WordPress at your host.

    WordPress.com is one of many services offered by Automattic. Automattic also takes care of WooCommerce and several of its extensions, including shipping labels. If these steps aren’t working, can you ensure you’re logged into WordPress.com using the same account you used to connect WooCommerce shipping?
