Woocommerce not emailing new orders despite the correct email input in settings

Woocommerce stopped emailing new orders to any email address, despite what email we input through ‘Settings.’ The customer receives an order confirmation via Gmail SMTP, but internally, our staff no longer receives email notifications of a new order. I need help fast with this! Anyone?

Could you please tell us the address of your site?
When I encountered such issues in the past, installing an SMTP plugin helped me in receiving email notifications.
