WooCommerce not showing online orders

  We usually get an email and proof of payment when we receive an online sale We are not receiving any emails from our online sales now, we have updated all our extensions nut the error is still there.

  Sorry for not giving you enough information to work with. We have been experiencing some technical issues with our WordPress website.

  Whenever we receive an online order we usually get an email from WooCommerce with the order and what has been ordered. After that we receive a proof of payment from payfast extension/plugin.
  Currently we only receive the payfast proof of payment but not the actual order, We have updated all our plugins and we are on our current version of WooCommerce and WordPress.

  WooCommerce version 5.0.0
  Wordpress current version 5.6.2
  Payfast current version 1.4.18
