WooCommerce order for multiple quantities of the same product.

Does anyone know of a process or plugin where I could achieve the following:
User adds item to cart and selects a quantity of let’s say 4. They are then able to add a note against each of the 4 items before checking out?
I know I can do this for different product types but unsure if it’s possible for 4 of the same products.
