WooCommerce Payments Failed Deposits

    Hello,

    I have several deposits that have failed due to incorrect banking information being entered, and then several more after that stuck in the “estimated” status. I’ve updated my banking information and my available balance on the payments screen reflects the total amount that should have been deposited, but I’m curious if there is a way to manually trigger a new deposit (outside of instant deposits) of my available balance or if I just need to wait. Similarly, will all of the deposits stuck in the “estimated” status eventually work their way to “paid?” Also, will deposits marked as “failed” automatically retry eventually or do I need to get support for this? Thanks so much.

    Deposits for what exactly?

    I don’t see any failed payments related to WooCommerce on your account – you own neither any premium add-on bought from WooCommerce.com, nor do I see any failed payments in your account for shipping labels bought via the WooCommerce Shipping and Tax add-on.

    If your issue were for either of those things, I would have asked you to contact WooCommerce support directly at https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/, but it sounds like you might be speaking of payments to another service entirely. If that’s the case, you should contact support for that service instead.

    Either way, this isn’t something we’re able to help with here in the WordPress.com forums – this forum only provides support for sites hosted on WordPress.com. We don’t provide support here for the open source WordPress software at other hosts, and we also don’t provide support for specific plugins, like WooCommerce.

    Thanks for the information and apologies for using the wrong forum. Was having a difficult time navigating the support interface and landed here and figured it was worth a go. To clarify, the deposits I was referring to were WooCommerce Payments (powered by Stripe) bank deposits (renamed payouts).

    I appreciate your time and I’ll reach out to WooCommerce directly as I’m now able to access the ticketing interface and they’ll likely have guidance.
