WooCommerce Payments Issue

  Hi there! Im in the process of building a new website and would like to try using WooCommerce Payments. I went through the process where I linked up my bank account and entered in my social security number, etc. but I am still getting the following error message on checkout:

  Sorry, it seems there are no available payment methods which support subscriptions. Please see Enabling Payment Gateways for Subscriptions if you require assistance.

  As far as I can tell, I’ve followed all the instructions, but I clearly am missing something. potentially something obvious. I am not a programmer so any direction for a newbie would be appreciated! I cannot seem to find a tutorial or anything online about this for some reason. I already have my products and subscriptions all set-up and everything so.

  Hi @janeintl, honestly WooCommerce payments are a bit out of my wheelhouse, as it seems you’ve somehow wound up in the forums for free WordPress sites.

  But I did notice your email address isn’t confirmed, and that can cause all sorts of odd issues. I’ve sent out a manual confirmation. Can you watch for that and reply to it? Then we’ll mark your account as confirmed.

  If that doesn’t help, it should still at least help you get through to WooCommerce support. Thanks in advance!
