Woocommerce payments query

A customer has recently placed an order and in the order notes it says:
A payment of £42.90 failed using WooCommerce Payments. The zip code you supplied failed validation.
However when I click on the transaction link to view the payment details it says the status is paid and charged successfully. Is the order safe to dispatch could anyone confirm please? Many thanks, JeffWP.com: Unknown
