WooCommerce Paypal Issue

  Hi. I have orders in WooCommerce that are being exported to our shipping software, but many of them are going to our ‘pending payment’ tab. WooCommerce shows a transaction, but I’m not finding them in PayPal. What’s going on here?

  Hi @beachbowlsatsanelijo, to be honest I’m not sure — these forums are for the free sites hosted at WordPress.com, and those sites don’t have WooCommerce on them: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

  Can you try asking in the forums for WooCommerce?

  Or, if you’ve purchased a plugin related to this, I’d recommend going to the site where you bought the upgrade, and reaching out to their support directly.
