Woocommerce Paypal payment issues

    Hi,

    I have a store which has been running flawlessly for many years but over the past week I have had more issues with PayPal.

    Customers are contacting me asking if they’re order went through as my website was showing that the order had been cancelled, yet PayPal was saying the invoice was paid, although I haven’t received any money at all when this happens, also if the customer try to pay again then PayPal says ‘the invoice is already paid’ and therefore is unable to pay again.

    Worth saying this has happened quite a few times over the past week, I am still getting some PayPal payments so it’s not completely broken, and it never used to happen.

    Also, as I said I’m not receiving any payments when this happens.

    Any advice appreciated.

    It sounds like you need help with the WooCommerce plugin but have landed on the support forum for WordPress.com sites instead.
