When trying to install WooCommerce main plugin, I receive the following message: ‘Installation failed: Destination folder already exists’.
Below, there is a green checkmark with: ‘Compatible with your version of WordPress’Please let me know what steps I can take to resolve this issue and install WooCommerce successfully.

I would recommend clearing your browser’s cache and cookies, or using a different browser. Have you tried any of these seps?

Thanks for the tip. I have and that doesn’t seem to be the issue. The most likely issue is that the folder already exists but is either corrupted or empty, hence the failed installation. The plugin doesn’t show up in the plugin directory on WordPress either.
