What site do you need help with? http://thepacificnorthwesthemp233383595.wordpress.com/ is on a free plan, and not using WooCommerce, as using WooCommerce on WordPress.com requires at least our Premium Plan.
This forum only provides support for sites hosted on WordPress.com, and the eCommerce plan can also only be bought for sites hosted on WordPress.com.
If you have a WordPress site at another hosting provider using WooCommerce, you can find support for that version of WordPress at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/, and for help with the WooCommerce plugin you can contact WooCommerce support directly.
