WooCommerce Plugin breaking website

Yesterday I started having issues with JetPack and WooCommerce after installing them. The issue is that when I activate the WooCommerce plugin my site only displays black text on white pages. Since the site broke completely I started over from scratch.
I have created new install folder on my hosting server, uploaded and installed my own copy of WordPress and manually created my own DB. Still the issue persists.
I am have Linux host running PHP 7.2, WordPress 5.4.1 and the 2020 Theme with only the WooCommerce plugin active. I have tried other themes and get the same result. I even disassociated the website from my WordPress account.Any ideas?

Oof, that sounds like trouble. These forums are actually for the sites hosted here at WordPress.com. We don’t have access to troubleshoot sites that are not hosted here.
Could you post over at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce ? Share whether the issue only happens with WooCommerce or whether it’s triggered when you activate Jetpack with it, too. And if possible, include a link to the site.
