WooCommerce plugin failure

  Website is currently hosted by Yahoo.
  I have multiple plugins with no problems.
  WooCommerce is the only one that fails.
  this is the error I get.
  ‘Installation failed: Server Connection Closed Server Connection Closed Description: The server requested closed the connection before the transaction was completed.’
  Yahoo of course is no help, they have no idea.

  Is it definitely something on Yahoo’s end or could it be something on mine like with a firewall or some security setting.

  I tried manual install with filezilla and that timed out too when attempting to connect.

  I’m at a loss. I can’t figure out what the problem is.
