Woocommerce products are not showing up on shop page

    Hi, this is my first time writing here since I have just started learning on WP. So far I have managed to set up part of my website, but now, when adding a product to woocommerce following several youtube tutorials, my product doesn’t show up in the shop page but i can only see it through a direct link. I know this topic has shown up before around various forums, but after reading many posts I am still not capable of solving this problem.

    More into detail, the direct link shows ../shop/tshirt/escape/ , but if i go to the ../shop/ link the page shows no products at all. Please help me, because all of the tutorials I’ve watched have had no problems, but when I wollow the same instructions it doesn’t work.
    Also I dont know if it could have anything to do with this issue but i am using Polylang for English/Italian website and the shop name in the link shows up as /shop-1/ for english and /shop/ for italian.

    any advice would be appreciated so much, since to me it looks like something unsolvable. Thanks a lot in advance!!
