Woocommerce query

  I am trying to get some help with our new WordPress website which incorporates Woocommerce and ended up here.
  The site has not gone live as yet because we have encountered a shopping cart issue.
  We sell wine and for shipping purposes we ship in multiples of 6 bottles.
  We offer our embers a special discount for buying an unbroken case of 12 bottles.
  If an order is placed on the site for a case of 12 bottles the cart judges this as being one bottle and will not let the sale proceed.
  On our old current site we have a rule where full 12 bottle cases of wine were exempted from the requirement to buy in multiples of 6 bottles.
  Can anyone please assist with advice as to how we can set up a similar rule in Woocommerece/ WordPress?
