woocommerce reinitialize and doesn't register visitors and views

hi, okay so there is my problem:
roughly speaking
it starts with this
it is set to Chinese time instead of French time
and since the beginning of the week it does a weird thing
at midnight so it resets to 0, and then until the next day at noon it remains at one visit and 90 page views when it should be like 23 25 visits
i am sorry i can not explain more better than this.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I want to say that i have three websites
htpps://natureandsurvival.fr
htpps://full-silver.com
htpps://mangas-figure.com
and all the three are the same problem.
but the main one is nature and survival.
