Woocommerce Rest API Problems

I have a problem with trying to connect our manufacturer to our new website/shop via Rest API. The manufacturer reports a missing possibility to map us and asks for help. Maybe someone already had the same problem?
Attached is the error code we received from the manufacturer:

Can you please help me find a solution? All the access data I send using the generated API are correct. Also the access rights. (read&write; Administrator). We have activated the API connection via our hoster – IONOS.
I am slowly at a loss and unfortunately do not understand where the authorisation fails.
