woocommerce settigns payments account issue.

Hello, when i go to woocommerce>settings>payments>woocommerce payments it says that my account status is rejected due to a terms of service violation and that payments are disabled. Because of this it seems like i cannot list payment via credit card on my website. I would like to know what the violation was so i can fix it. when i click on the view account details link, the page just throws an error asking me to contact you guys. Please let me know how i can resolve the terms of service violation, i had no intention of doing so and i need to be able to take credit card payments on my site. Thank you.

what is the URL of your site so we can take a closer look? I do not see any WooCommerce sites hosted under your WordPress.com account. Are you using a different host for your site?Is your store located in the US? Currently WooCommerce Payments is available to stores based in the US only, so if your store is located in another country the error you see may be related to that. It is an ecommerce site, but the physical address to the store is indeed located in the USA.

Hi there,
Based on what you describe, your account has most likely been blocked on Stripe’s end. Stripe is the payment processor that powers WooCommerce Payments. You can see here for more information on this:
