Woocommerce Setup Stuck Loading Home Page

    Trying to set up woocommerce on a new webpage. I spent 3 days working on it following a YouTube tutorial for it to only keep telling me that there were more steps to be completed but not allowing me to load the home page to see what those steps were. So I scrapped the webpage and started from scratch. Tried with no theme chosen yet and no plugins except woocommerce. Then tried with the storefront theme and all plug ins deactivated. If I click on the woocommerce home page I get a constant spinning ring. If I click on the start selling where it says I still have one step to complete, I get the store info page but it won’t let me click on anything, its just stuck. Have also tried on 2 separate browsers with the same results.
