WooCommerce shipping labels

  I installed WooCommerce Services on my site hosted on Inmotionhosting. In order to print shipping labels through WooCommerce Services I need to add a payment credit card to my WordPress.com account. Every time I added a credit card it is grayed out. Is there a specific way I need to do this? Additionally can you tell me how to connect WooCommerce Services with my WordPress.com account?
