Woocommerce shipstation issue

We are using woo-commerce ship station integration plugin and facing integrate ship station with API but nowadays before 3 weeks we have seen one issue constantly which is that when we update the info in ship station and change order status so it must change in woocommerce store but it is not and facing forbidden error when sending tracking information to customer please help me what should I do and how can I solve this I update the woocommerce plugin to it’s latest version as well woocommerce shipstation integration plugin is up to date
I already contact shipstation support and I whitelist the ip’s what they gave me reconfigure the store but still facing the same issues so shipstation said contact woocommerce support
please help or guide me how can I solve this
