Woocommerce smart coupon not working properly.

I have purchased Woocommerce smart coupons plugin, and I installed it to my live site. There ‘Send coupon to another person via email’ functionality in the checkout page is working properly.
I am redesigning my site. There in the staging link the above functionality is not working. There in the checkout page the fields are not showing. Please guide us why it is not working?
‘Allow sending of coupons to others’ is checked on Woocommerce Smart coupons setting.

We can’t help with third party plugins. When you bought that plugin you also paid for support. Best would be to contact the support of that plugin.
