Woocommerce Square Order Update Texts

    I have a WordPress website built with an integration to square that pulls the woocommerce transactions and makes them orders in square. When an order is placed it gives a button that says ‘Mark as’. That then gives an option to mark as in progress, ready and picked up. When each option is selected it sends a text to the customer. This is not working for orders that come from our woocommerce. Any ideas on how to fix this?

    It appears that you need help with the WooCommerce plugin, but have landed on the support forum for WordPress.com sites instead.
