Hi i am have added several categories to my shop and would like one of them to be a link to another website only, can you tell me if this is possible, or how can i add content at the end of the products page, say an image with a link to the website or my website is 3 categories wide with one underneath can i add an image that fits inline with the catgories

You can make use of a custom Shop page to replace the default Shop page. Try this:
(1) Create a new page, name it as for example “Custom Shop Page”.
(2) On the “Custom Shop Page” page, use the Products shortcode provided by WooCommerce to design the layout of your own shop page. As such, you can include an image or a link to the website.
(3) Once you’re done with the design of your custom shop page, go to Appearance > Customize > Homepage settings, choose your “Custom Shop Page” as the homepage of your WooCommerce store.
