WooCommerce Storefront dropdown menu touch screen
-
The dropdown for Shop works with a mouse. However, on touch, it navigates to the parent link immediately (“Shop”). So, the user has to be fast (quickly touch “Shop”, “Clothing”, “Tops”) to navigate to the child links. I am using a laptop with mouse and touch screen.
I know that the hover state is a problem with touch screens (including mobile). Is there a way to make the dropdown arrow “v” a separate link on touch such that the user can touch “Shop” to navigate to main Shop page or touch “v” to open the dropdown menu? (and then apply the same fix for the relevant parent product categories listed in the dropdown (for example, Clothing).

Hi msamelnyk,
If you need help with WooCommerce specifically and have purchased an upgrade, there should be an option to open a support ticket from the dashboard in your WooCommerce account.
If not, you can post in the WooCommerce forums for advice:
https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce
Best of luck!

Hi msamelnyk,
If you need help with WooCommerce specifically and have purchased an upgrade, there should be an option to open a support ticket from the dashboard in your WooCommerce account. If not, you can post in the WooCommerce support forums for help.
There is also a dedicated area for the Storefront there:

Best of luck getting this resolved.
