Woocommerce Subscription Extension Plugin

  We have an ecommerce site that sells mobile phones and accessories. Woocommerce is installed but we want to provide deferred/installment payment means. I think Woocommerce Subscription Extension Plugin will answer this but does it have to be compatible with the payment gateway that we are subscribed with? We are using iPay88 and C2CP payment gateway.

  Any help is appreciated.

  Hi Allan,

  It would be better if you asked the WooCommerce team this directly; the forum you’re posting in now is for the hosting provider, WordPress.com. And while WooCommerce belongs to the same company as us, it’s a completely separate product with its own support team.

  For questions about a paid add-on like Subscriptions, go to https://woocommerce.com/contact-us/ and select the option to ask a question about a plugin you want to buy. That will let you submit a ticket directly to the WooCommerce presales team who’ll be able to confirm for you whether that’s the best subscription for your needs, and advise on its compatibility with your payment gateway plugins.

  Sorry about that, this account was newly created and a while ago I cannot create a ticket and it directs me to go wordpress support. Now when I click support in Woocommerce it allows me to create a ticket.
