WooCommerce Subscriptions – Auto Renew and Overall Configuration

    Hello! We are preparing to release our first-ever subscription-based product. We purchased WooCommerce Subscriptions and have some of it configured. However, I would like hands-on time with you to ensure I have everything configured properly. Specifically, I want to setup the option for customers to enroll in auto-renew. I would prefer hands-on assistance rather than parcing through numerous articles. Thanks!

    Hi there!

    I think there’s some confusion here. There are three different “WordPress” at play here:

    1. The free, open-source WordPress software which powers your website.
    2. WordPress.org which is the open-source project that works on the WordPress software and where you can get the software for free to use on your own hosting provider.
    3. WordPress.com which is a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software and with whom you’re contacting now.

    Since we don’t host your site, you would need to reach out to your hosting provider or the WordPress.org community for guidance:
