Woocommerce Subscriptions WP Paid Listings Issues

I have a website that uses Woocommerce Subscriptions and WP Paid listings. The problem that I am having is that when a user attempts to upgrade there account by clicking on Switch Subscription, they are redirected to the correct page but it doesnt append this required hook to the URL ?switch-subscription=1157_XXX.
XXX being the product that you are upgrading from.
If you manually append this to the url then the process continues correctly. Why isn’t this appending automatically?
I could really use some help with this and would be willing to provide login details for someone with great PHP and wordpress skills.

We cannot help you here.WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.
