Woocommerce "thank you" page customization problem

    I need to customize the thank you page after the customer payment on my website in woocommerce.
    Today, I have a fatal error and a 404 page after payment is accepted. I cannot find where I can customize my final page. I created a new one to redirect (settings on OGONE website) after the payment but it doesn’t work. The woocommerce take the priority on my redirection instructions.

    Today I cannot put my website online because of this…….I am very lost. Thanks for your kind help.

    Sorry but that site you are referring to cannot be hosted WordPress.COM and those are the only sites we provide support for here. We cannot use woocommerce on WordPress.COM hosted blogs. You need a WordPress.ORG install to use it.

    WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.
