Woocommerce thank you page/theme confliction redirect

    Hello,

    This website is my first shop I have attempted and it has a few issues that I’m having trouble figuring out on my own. Whenever an order is placed, the site redirects to an old theme and I can’t figure out how to change it. There are other small issues, too, that I think all point back to the first theme I had. Is there a way to fix this without starting the WooCommerce over from scratch?

    Hi there!

    I visited your website and saw that you are using the Variations block theme. I also did some testing on your website and was able to reproduce the design you mentioned, but it will be different after ordering.

    This is what I saw on your home page.

    Then I tried to place an order. It seems to have changed to another website design, is that correct? Please let me know if I understand it wrong.

    Since this is a block theme, WooCommerce will assign the design under pages/templates. To modify WooCommerce templates/pages. I suggest you take a look at the Apperance -> Editor.

    Then, click on Pages -> All Pages -> Checkout to edit the design of the checkout page

    To fix all the pages with “old theme design” that you have mentioned. You can do the same at the Refund and Return Policy, Shop , Cart, Checkout and My Account pages.

    Hello, I was able to locate everything you mentioned, but how do I change the “Greeni” logo and other styles associated with it from showing up? The main problem is the order received page, which I can’t seem to find a way to edit.

    To customize the logo, you need to click on the logo/site title. On the site title, click on “Edit”.

    After clicking on the edit button it will look like this. Click on the logo again and replace it.
