WooCommerce uninstalled itself, wont re-install itself
-
My WooCommerce plugin has somehow uninstalled itself. I first noticed it when I visited my webpage (still in progress) and noticed that all of my products are missing. I then went onto my wordpress account for my website to see what had happened and noticed that the ‘products’ and ‘woocommerce’ plugins are missing. I went to see if WooCommerce had somehow inactivated itself, but it is nowhere to be found in my plugins. I attempted to reinstall it (the button didn’t say ‘installed’ or ‘active’ as it would have if it was installed, it said ‘install now’ as if I didn’t have it anymore). However, after waiting a while while it was saying ‘installing,’ it finally said ‘Installation failed: Destination folder already exists.’ I’m extremely confused and frustrated with this issue. I don’t know how to fix it. I don’t know how to find the ‘already existing’ folder when it’s nowhere in my plugins. I have some experience with coding, but Im not experienced enough to look into the coding of the website and trying to find where the issue is. Plus, I’m scared if I try, I’ll mess it up even more. If anyone knows how to fix this, please let me know!! Thanks in advance!!

Hi there!
I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com here:
You can look for help at the community forums here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
http://wordpress.org/support/ is also a great resource for sites using the open-source WordPress.org software.
