WooCommerce UPS Shipping module – miscalculates

We have the UPS Shipping module installed. We added in weights and dimensions, and it calculates the shipping for our customers – but the amount is WAY off. As in, one 33 pound package in a 23x23x23 box is coming up at $93.99, when it should be $36.83. It is like this on product after product after product. Why?

If you have WooCommerce installed on a WordPress.com Business Plan or have a paid WooCommerce extension on a self-hosted site you can open a ticket while logged into your account at:
https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/
But, if your site is self-hosted and built using the WordPress.org open software, you’ll need to seek assistance from their forums which can be found at:
https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce
