Woocommerce Vat Problem
-
Hi,
let me explain:
My Shop is Homebase Austria with 20% vat.
I would like to deliver to austria and to germany, maybe other countries later.
German vat is 19%.Now my first product will cost 23.94€ incl. Vat.
In the checkout basket, when i choose country austria, everything is all right.
But if i choose Germany for delivery, the vat changed to 19% (thats right), but the cost of the article also changes. For Germany the product will than cost 23.74€. Woocommerce changed the price.
How can i configure, that the price will be 23.94 everytime?
Only incl. vat should change.Thank you

Hi there!
Can you tell us what site you’re referring to? Because your site http://streetwear1973.wordpress.com/ does not match the description of your problem.

Sorry but that site you are referring to cannot be hosted WordPress.COM and those are the only sites we provide support for here. We cannot use woocommerce on WordPress.COM hosted blogs. You need a WordPress.ORG install to use it.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.
Resetting your WordPress.ORG password http://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password
WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page
