woocommere plugin error
-
Hi WordPress Team,
I have been using WordPress from such a long time. I believe it is the best open source platform. But I have encountered a problem in some of my plugins, I guess it is “Woo-commerce”. Because whenever I activate it, some of the function doesn’t work properly i.e. I can’t edit the pages nor I can’t open the dashboard of the woo-commerce. It gives me the below interface “This site can’t be reached The webpage at https://(mysitename)/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-admin might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR”. I hope for the positive reply from your end. -
Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com but instead a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. But, I can get you pointed in the right direction.
Please contact WooCommerce Support about this via https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/ if you have any paid WooCommerce products, or https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/ if you do not.
You may also want to check with your hosting provider to have them check if it is the WooCommerce plugin causing the errors or something else. Since they’re hosting your site they also have access to your site’s install and can better advise how to fix the issue.
I hope that helps!
