Woopayment account suspended without a reason

My WooPayments account was recently suspended. I received an email saying that WooPayments can no longer support my business, and that my remaining balance will be paid out.
I contacted their support team for a possible solution and the reason of suspension. All I get is some official NO.

The good side is they promise to pay out the money to my bank account, and encourage me to seek for other payment method. However, without knowing the suspension reason, choosing another payment method is also risky, because I just start my business and get suspension on the second day of some purchasing.
I would like to know how should I solve this problem?

I have already contact with stripe and they comfirmed that they have no problem with my business and it is fully Woopayment desicion. They advise me to ask Woopayment, but Woopayment refuse to provide any information.
