  wootheme plugin will not install after repeated attempts and following instructions.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There is no such install plugins tab/button on any WordPress.COM hosted blogs now and there never has been one. There is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on any free hosted WordPress.COM blogs. there is no ability to upload third party themes and there is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality.

  The only themes we can use on WordPress.com hosted blogs are licensed and adapted to run on our multiuser software the themes are found here http://wordpress.com/themes/ and in your dashboard at > Appearance > Themes

  If you want FTP access and to install plugins or third party themes into a site then you will have to hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.org install. WordPress.org offers free software that you can install on a web server. You can upload and install themes and plugins, run ads, conduct ecommerce and edit the database.   On closer inspection, it looks like your site is a managed wordpress.com site. In order to use WooCommerce, you might want to look into using the self hosted version of WordPress (.org):

  We provide support only for sites hosted by WordPress.COM. We do not provide support for WordPress.ORG software installs and I suspect you may be referring to the latter and posting to the wrong support forum.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.   If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.
