  I am trying to install a wootheme I purchased some time ago but when I try to drag-and-drop the zip file into the appropriate spot nothing happens. What am I doing wrong?

  Can you confirm on which site you’re trying to install the theme?

  If you’re trying to upload it to the new WordPress.com site you created at http://writethecopywrite.wordpress.com/, you’ll need the Business Plan to do that.

  https://wordpress.com/en/support/themes/uploading-setting-up-custom-themes/

  If you’re trying to upload the theme to a WordPress site hosted somewhere else, please contact support for the theme directly for help.
