Woothemes "For The Cause" featured slider not working

  I purchased a premium theme and followed the documentation tutorial for setting up the featured slider. After completion, the slider still doesn’t work. I put in a support ticket with Woothemes, but they have yet to respond.
  Has anyone heard of this issue and know of a solution?

  Hey, sounds like you’re talking about a wordpress.ORG site (self-hosted). Woothemes only run on self-hosted wordpress sites.

  Try asking on the .ORG forums https://wordpress.org/support/

  Woothemes support is the right place to ask for help, as For The Cause isn’t a theme we offer here on WordPress.com, and our forums are for folks hosted here. The WordPress.org forums are generally reserved for free-theme support, since volunteers don’t have access to your premium theme.
