Word Ads are not showing regularly

    I have website http://www.galleria.net.in in WordPress.com with premium plan.
    I have enabled WordPress Ads on my site and working. But Problem is that Ads are not showing showing regularly and second problem is that one Ads showing at a time at the end of Blog.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)
