Word ads payment for October has not be paid up till now..

  To Wordads Team.. it’s not really fair, I have been using word ads for a along time to monitize by site, but recently my website was closed because of technical issues….I have been pleading to words ads to send me my pending earnings since the accounts was closed, you people told me it will be issued in November 2020 but up till now nothing has been done… that is really not fair….

  Hi @mynaija24, I heard back. The payments are failing because the PayPal address you’ve supplied is not valid. Please update that, or contact PayPal to resolve the issue. We’ll keep trying to send to the address on file.

  PayPal perged and closed a lot of old accounts. They charged the account holders too which is crafty.

  What would be the solution there?

  To change the PayPal account linked with WordAds go to My Site > WordAds, select the Settings tab on top and enter the new email address in the “PayPal E-mail Address” field.
