Word Ads says I am not the owner

  Greetings,

  Recently someone gave me the administration of a website(http://www.obiectepierdutesaufurate.ro/). With his permision, I changed the jetpack account with mine. However, when I try to apply to Word Ads, it says ‘not the owner of the site’. What steps needs to be done in order to be the owner?

  HI there,

  I can see your account has been added to the site via Jetpack, but the Jetpack connection for the site still belongs to the original owner.

  Please disconnect Jetpack completely from both your account, and then reconnect using your WordPress.com account. That should switch the ownership of the site to you.

  No need to apologise, these steps will guide you through the process of disconnecting the site from your WordPress.com account:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/disconnect-jetpack-sites/

  Jetpack can then be reconnected from the dashboard on obiectepierdutesaufurate.ro. Click the “Connect to WordPress.com” button, enter the login details for your masackru account and follow the instructions there.
