Word Ads with No-Ads option? Or just go with WordPress.org?

If I want Word Ads, then do I have to leave the ads (and not pay WordPress.com for “No-Ads?”
Also, if I want to get paid for allowing ads on my site (Word Ads) and compare it to programs such as Word Ads inside WordPress.org…which site is best for profit while pursuing my passion of style blogging?
