Word count total and average blog post word count plugin

  Hi,
  I like monitoring my progress, understanding how much content I have created. I selected WordPress to host my blog, because I wanted everything to work; however, custom plugins are not allowed.
  The plugin I want is this:

  It is just information that makes sense for me to understand about my blog.

  It would be nice if you had an advanced section where I could install custom plugins at my own risk.

  WP Engine allows plugin’s – they are similar to WordPress.COM but more expensive

  Well, I’m not in the mood to change providers. I have another wordpress site that I haven’t used anymore – that I hosted on godaddy and have complete control.
  I was hoping that in using WordPress’s official hosting that I would have the benefit of being able to do what I need to do.
  Unfortunately, at this time I can’t spend any additional funds on my blog. It doesn’t generate money, barely generates views, and I do it because it entertains me and I have the hope that sometime I’ll get in to some interesting conversation with intelligent, knowledgeable people, on the topic that my blog is centered.
